Our administration charge of £100 (per person) is one of the lowest in the Borough and only applies if you sign a lease with us. This fee includes insurance for your deposit.

We always have a wide range of property available from rooms in shared houses to 5 bedroom properties. (And none of them have sticky carpets, flocked wallpaper, peeling paint or smelly bathrooms!)
